What is the purpose of this event?

This is a day built around people. Because getting AI right at work isn't just about technology — it's about bringing every level of your organisation with you. Leaders, people professionals, and early talent managers, all in one room, learning together, connecting, and taking the next step toward a truly AI-enabled future for the UK.


Who is invited to attend?

Attendance is by personal invitation only to facilitate valuable connections and opportunities.


Are there any costs involved in attending?

There are no event fees for invited guests. You will only need to arrange your personal travel to the venue. If you require support with travel costs, please speak to your Multiverse representative or contact us.


I am unable to attend, can I send a representative on my behalf?

This is an invite-only business event and additional replacement guests must have prior approval from Multiverse. For more information, please contact the Event Team.


What is the dress code?

Business casual.


Will there be Wi-Fi available?

Yes. Wi-Fi will be available at the venue.


Is the venue accessible?

Yes. The venue is fully accessible.


I have special accessibility needs.

What is the location of the event?

The event will be held at 60 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5AZ.



Travel


Do I need to arrange my own travel?

The venue is well served by public transport, it is located a 3-minute walk from Holborn station and a 5-minute walk from Covent Garden station. We expect most attendees to arrange their own travel to the venue. However, if you require help or support with this, please contact the Event Team.


Is there parking at the venue?

No. There is no onsite parking available at the venue.



Registration


Is there a registration deadline?

Registration will close on Friday 25 September 2026. We encourage you to register early as space is limited.


When will I receive final event information?

Final event information will be sent out approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.


How can I amend my registration?

Please click on the link in your registration confirmation email to make any updates to your registration. Alternatively you can return to the website, click "login" and log in with your email.



Agenda


What is the event start time?

Registration and arrival refreshments will be available from 09:00.


What is the event end time?

The day will conclude at approximately 18:00.


Will recordings, summaries or notes be available after the event?

We will circulate key takeaways from the day to attendees, but as the core of the day will be the in-person workshops, you will benefit most from attending in-person on the day.
